People have been afraid an area light on the plasmagun would be to bright and take away from the fear... it doesn't.

Demon Museum has been updated as well as the descriptions of the monsters.

The Riotgun is selectable within the Other Controls screen.

This silver Shotgun is the Riotgun, to replace the DB Shotgun. It fires two quick powerful bursts before reloading.

Another shot that demonstrates the more realistic but not over bright lighting effects, this room is normally pitch black.

New story elements have been intermixed with Doom3's story that explain the changes... Like what is Comtar's armor?

The Double Barrel Shotgun is now in Doom3, and the Doom Marine now looks closer to Karl Urban in the Doom Movie.

Projectiles can now be pushed and deflected away from you using other projectiles.

The Hellknight's fireballs still have their range but now work like grenades, and move across the ground.

This shot demonstrates the pistols new ability to penetrate multiple targets. Here 5 targets are killed at one time in a row.

The BFG 9000 now has the Doom movie's blue blast and glow.

Models like the Mancubus now generate light sources when firing, believe it or not, they didn't before.

The shotgun now has a mounted light attached to it, the original game was suppose to have this.

The brightness of the flashlight has also been increased, and given a mild blue edge similar to Halogen Type lights.

As seen in the original Doom2X, the Ial returns in 3d glory.

The chaingun and the machinegun and have been changed to a cold military black.

The plasmagun now produces a radiant area glow allowing you to see things nearby.

A shot of some of the new light effects.

Pistol and Machinegun now have laser sights mounted to them for design appeal, without losing the muzzle flash.

A change in the character Betruger that shows the first step in him becoming Comtar from Doom2X.

The character Betruger seen later as Comtar, the character first seen in Doom2X.

New FMV footage created within the Doom3 engine allows me to update most the videos with their new models.

My way to homage the original Doom2X-trilogy.
